From the “bewitched lands” of Terre Stregate, Armando Lacobucci founded the estate in 1988 but his family winemaking history started in 1898. The Lacobucci family believes in making their wine reflect a blending of historic reality and local ancient myths.

This wine is 100% Falanghina, which is the workhorse white grape from Sannio. The grapes are sourced from the chalky and clay Guardiesi Hills of Sannio. On the palate, there’s a softness with persistent aromatics of citrus and orchard fruit. There’s a chalky and slightly saline finish with a hint of almond paste. Mediterranean herbs dominate throughout -- “the nose is a garden hose snaking through a field of oregano and thyme growing beneath citrus blossoms!”
