Sparkling Cider - 7.2% - Aged on Whole Aronia Berries - Earthy, Robust, & Lively

Aronia Berries are the original super-food.  High in polyphenols and antioxidants these berries are  native to North America and have long been used as food and nourishment. We harvested buckets of these intriguing berries from Plainfield Vermont’s V.I.B.E. Farm in late Summer, then aged them with a rich cider blend, heavy on Roxbury and Golden russets. The velvety soft tannins and earthiness of the Aronia Berries complement the robust cider blend, with just enough acidity to keep things lively and clean on the palate.
