Winemaker Germain Santailler inherited his vineyards from his dad who passed away when Germain was just 19 years old. With help from famed winemaker and friend, Jean-Claude Lapalu, Germain was able to turn his inheritance into something beautiful. Germain is not interested in making wines that are powerful. He wants to make wines that can be drunk "standing up" as opposed to "laying down". His beaujolais is fresh, vibrant, and low in alcohol. Perfect to put a slight chill on in the summer sun.
