Joe Swick has come full circle having worked his first harvest in 2003 & then traveled all over the world developing his winemaking chops before returning to Oregon in 2013 to start Swick Wines in the Willamette Valley. Joe works exclusively with organically farmed vineyards that aren’t irrigated and are located in cooler climate areas.
Bring It is Joe’s flagship red blend where the varietal composition changes every year but is always Oregon Pinot Noir based. The 2022 vintage is made up of 50% Pinot Noir, 20% Syrah, 15% Grenache Noir, 15% Mourvedre.
The wine is leathery and jammy with big cherry flavors, a cranberry tartness and freshness, & earthy Pinot notes.
