From the foothills of the Dolomites in Vittorio, Veneto, Cinza and Pier Francesca are full on vineyard caretakers and producers of a Prosecco created with 100% Glera grapes from the Doro vineyard. The unique soil composition of the Doro is a glacial moraine - chalky, rocky, and full of minerals - producing a wine that will alter your perceptions about Prosecco’s potential!
The grapes are de-stemmed and gently pressed, fermented using native yeasts on the lees for 60-90 days and pressurized in stainless steel tanks (Charmat Method) with no sugar added.
The wine bursts with floral aromas and flavors of golden apples and bread crust. There’s a palate cleansing acidity to complement a wide range of food.
