Paul Jaboulet is renowned for its iconic Cotes du Rhône reds. Named after the 45th parallel which passes over the Jaboulet cellars, the midpoint between the North Pole and the equator, the winery also makes a Rhône white which exemplifies the captivating interplay of the area’s unique white grape varietals.
Viognier, Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Clairette, and Marsanne are organically farmed from over 40 year old vines in limestone and alluvial soils and aged 6months in stainless steel on fine lees.
This is a perfect winter white- fresh and supple, with aromatic complexity and a spectrum of floral notes, and full on minerality. Peach and apricot flavors pop from the Viognier to provide a wine that can pair up beautifully with an array of holiday foods!
