This zero-dosage champagne is a subtle blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with fine and fresh bubble, it's an easy drinker that offers a delicate texture. It has a creamy mousse, voluptuous in the glass, crisp and toasty. It's non-vintage, with a base year of 2020. The vineyards are located in one of Champagne's trendiest regions: the Côte des Bar. This Champagne pairs with oysters, seafood paella, creamy leek risotto and crispy pork belly.
