A former nuclear engineer, Eric is strongly opinionated and not afraid to call people out on their “ bullsheeeeeeeeeeeet” in his heavy French accent!

Chat Fou is a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Carignan, and Chasselas. Elegant, soft and fresh but with signature Southern Rhône minerality, Eric finds the balance between fun and friendly and clarity and precision!
