It’s been a while since we hosted a dinner and wine pairing event, and boy are we thrilled to have this one on the books! For this dinner event on Monday, September 16th, Andy Landry of Nor’Easter Catering has put together an incredible seafood lineup for our guests, and Chris Campbell of Village Wine Imports will be back in The Tasting Room sharing exquisite wine pairings with each of the four courses.
You may have seen Andy around the Valley. He’s been everywhere from a weekly raw bar at Lawson’s Finest Liquids to the Waitsfield Farmers’ Market to black tie events and weddings. A veteran chef, Andy is well known for his fresh flavors and ingredients, and this Tasting Room event will feature the freshest catches of the day.
Tasting Room favorite, Chris Campbell of Village Wine Imports has curated a selection of white wines from Burgundy, France that will pair perfectly with Andy’s dishes. Plus something sparkling to pair with dessert!
Oh, and we’re opening a couple bottles of Puligny-Montrachet Les Enseigneres from Domaine Chavy-Chouet. This chardonnay is $160 retail, hyper limited, and WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE!*
Three seafood courses plus dessert all with wine pairings. This dinner should cost a million dollars per person, but we’re offering it all for $75 which is, frankly, too little.
