A white blend of 84% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Gewurztraminer , 2% Chardonnay , 1% Aligote, & 1% Pinot Gris from Tochigi Prefecture, Japan.

From the winemaker: "This Kokoromi series is made from various white wine grapes suitable for cool climates, such as Sauvignon Blanc, Gewurztraminer, and Chardonnay from Yoichi, Hokkaido. It takes courage to start growing these varieties, which are rarely cultivated in Yoichi. "2022 Cloud Time" was born thanks to the passionate farmers, including veteran Fujisawa, Saikawa, Ara, and Nenakubo. The vines, including Sauvignon Blanc, are still young. And although we still lack experience in winemaking with these grapes, we feel that there is great potential for these grapes and their wine. Please enjoy the wine made from this new challenge in Yoichi. "Kokoromi Series Cloud Time" is like watching the clouds flowing leisurely. The name of the wine was inspired by the words "Free time gazing at the clouds" in Sakutaro Hagiwara's prose piece "Song of Nothingness" (published in the May 1936 issue of Shiki)."
