Sean Lawson of Lawson’s Finest Liquids will be joining us in The Tasting Room on Monday, August 28 at 5:30pm. And he’s bringing his friend from Cabot Creamery too. We’re thrilled that these two are coming to host our very first beer & cheese tasting event!

Here in the Mad River Valley, we’re so lucky to have award-winning beer & cheese makers in our own backyard. During this tasting event, Sean Lawson will be here presenting five of his brewery’s amazing brews, including a taproom exclusive. Erika Anderson-Putman of Cabot Creamery will present cheeses paired with each beer, talk about the cheese creating & pairing process.

Sean probably does not need any introduction! But here is one anyway…Sean crafted his first homebrew as a student at the University of Vermont in 1990, but it was in 2006 that the first brewing building was constructed in Warren, VT. The brewery was officially licensed at Lawson’s Finest Liquids in 2008, and the brewery has been collecting accolades and awards ever since. And after years of expansion, Lawson’s Finest Liquids opened its Waitsfield location in 2018, the brewery we all know & love today.
