Meet The Winemaker: Riccardo Baldi of La Staffa Winery

We’re super excited that winemaker Riccardo Baldi of La Staffa winery will be with
us on May 16th all the way from the rolling hills of Staffolo (Ancona) in Italy’s Marche
region. At a young age, Baldi devoted himself to his family’s old vineyards, and
introduced to La Staffa biodynamic methods, working with indigenous yeast, and aging
in concrete tanks. Here at The Local, Baldi will share his beautiful wines with our
guests, and it is sure to be a special evening for those with a passion for wine and
winemaking.
