80% Barbera, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. Biodynamic, hand harvested, vegan & naturally fermented with indigenous yeasts. All the work in the vineyard is done by horses--I mean not ALL THE WORK, but there aren’t any machines in the fields. This is an excellent accompaniment for meat dishes, cheese, pasta, rice, as well as vegetables.
