This wine is made by Jordi's daughter, Andrea Miro. Grapes are hand harvested and crushed by foot before wild yeast fermentation is started in small vats the vineyards. The wine is 100% Garnacha Blanca, and has a refreshing acidity, and ripe fruit on the palate. Great for summer!
