A beautiful example of the Pecorino variety, a fresh and slightly mineral white wine. Bright yellow color with greenish reflexes, in a moderately intense aroma we find notes of orchard fruit and citrus. The taste is refreshing with nice acidity and a distinct fruity character reminiscent of ripe pears or apples, with a longer aftertaste with hints of jasmine or white flowers.
