Brooks Winery has leaned into exploring the potential of Alsatian varietals long before they became fashionable. Pinot Blanc vines were planted in the volcanic basalt soils in the Eola-Amity Hills back in 1978. 

Pinot Blanc historically has been considered a work horse grape, blended with other grapes to elevate the flavor and texture of the wine. Brooks Winery’s goal is to bring Pinot Blanc “from useful to exciting.”

Lively with mouth watering notes of lemon zest, apples, and pear, the wine has saline and mineral notes and exuberant acidity!
