Widely considered by insiders as Germany's best Pinot Noir producer. This "estate" is really just a few hectares of old vines, a basket press, and a tiny cellar. When they opened their cellar in Baden, Germany in 2007 they were a huge contradiction to what existed there at the time. There were either large co-ops, or fancy estates that were focused on efficiency, production, and new oak. Enderle & Moll instead focused on farming, and the purity of the grape. Efficiency was thrown out the window with their choice to do everything by hand. In my opinion this was the right choice. Biodynamic.
