Sparkling Rosé, Pétillant Naturel | 100% Marquette | "This medium to full bodied textural lambrusco-style pét-nat is always a crowd pleaser. First made in 2019, it has become a favorite in our lineup. Enjoy with a juicy grilled steak or grilled  portabella. This wine is very versatile and stands alone. Think ripe smashed black currants and black berries, limestone, tarragon and black pepper. The fine grained bubbles and rich fruit leave you with a long juicy mouthwatering finish. Maybe one day Vermont will be known for sparking red wines. The Regeneration series was our first series of pét-nats. We have made Regeneration 1-9. We do not make every wine in the series every year."
