Straw-yellow white wine with pleasant floral notes, Sopraquota 900 is obtained by 100% Petite Arvine grapes, grown at an altitude of more than 900 meters, in the vineyard of Cumiod (Villeneuve). After a manual harvesting in October, Sopraquota 900 is pressed and refined partly in amphora, partly in Orcio Toscano, partly in barrique, and partly in steel. The taste is characterized by a perfect balance between flavor and minerality and it is marked by grapefruit and mint notes.
