
A white blend of traditional varieties from Serra de São Mamede, Portugal.
Tira o Veu comes from a single vineyard at around 700 meters of altitude, of around 85 years of age. It was fermented in Amphora and aged on the skins for about 3 months, after which the skins were removed and a flor developed. The wine was then aged under flor for another 6 months before bottling.
