Salvatore and his wife Stefania own, operate, & literally do all the work at their vineyards and fruit tree farm in Pachino in the southeast corner of Sicily. Their wine is made up of 100% Catarratto, an indigenous Sicilian grape, and sees only a few days of skin contact but drinks like a full on orange wine.

The wine fires off right away bursting with ginseng, yellow plums, lychee, & mango. Light and slightly tart, this is a super refreshing quaffer & textbook example of orange wine’s potential.

Salvatore says the muscular red arm holding a water tumbler of wine is a homage to his hard working family’s approach to enjoying wine where there’s not a single real wine glass to be seen anywhere!
