Karl and Brigitte Steininger have converted Karl’s father’s mixed farm into a fully dedicated vineyard and winery by 1989. Both bring a wealth of farming expertise and academics to their wine and sparkling wine programs. In Austria Steininger is famous for their fizz!

We find 100% Cabernet Sauvignon…in Austria? Who knew?!! Vinified as a cool climate rosé with medium body and texture. The wine has a beautiful salmon color with aromatics of dark red berries & cassis.
