100% Samsó (a.k.a. Carignan) from D.O. Monsant, Spain. Organic.

Balsamic notes, black pepper and bay leaf predominate in the mouth. Aging gives it aromas of candied fruit, black licorice and leather.

70 - 80 year old vines at an altitude of 300 meters. Fermented with its own natural yeasts and aged on fine lees for 12 months prior to bottling. Unfined and unfiltered. Organic Farming.
