This is a dry, crisp Weissburgunder (German for Pinot Blanc) that is bright with acidity, ripe with fresh fruit notes of peach and pear. It has flavors of lime zest, tarragon and pear. It is light bodied but pairs lovely with green salads and roast chicken.
