To make this wine, grapes macerate on the skins for six to eight hours at fourteen degrees celcius. Afterwards, the wine undergoes classic white vinification in stainless steel. A bouquet is assembled by an artist who chooses the very best flowers to create a lasting impression and a beautiful gift. Made by a winery that shares its name and offers a colorful bouquet produced from the finest varieties available. A perfect balance of Malagousia with stone fruit influence of peach and apricot, Assyrtiko showcasing highlights of key lime accompanied by towering minerality and Sauvignon Blanc displaying regional characteristics that include fresh cut herbs and brightness.

A small group of farmers and winemakers from the Pangeon region specially select the grapes for Buketo. The grapes are picked like flowers, assembled for the perfect bouquet every year. Buketo is a wine created from carefully selected, organically grown grapes from the majestic Mount Pangeon in the Makedonia region of Northern Greece. Buketo is balanced blend of predominantly indigenous varieties from the region of Makedonia.
